POST Micro-pigmentation Instructions

√ Do not touch your new brows after the procedure, your hands have bacteria on them and can create an infection. Treat your brows as a wound that need to be cared for.

√ Wash your brows daily to keep them clean with cool water and a gentle, fragrance free soap (Ex: Dial,Cetaphil,Dove) with clean fingertips. Pat dry

√ Begin to apply a thin layer of healing ointment (Aquaphor) 1-2 days after treatment (or when brows feel dry/tight) 1-2X daily using clean fingertips or Q-tip. (DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF OIL ON THE BROWS FOR HEALING PURPOSES)

√ No brow make-up, tinting, waxing brows, sun, sauna, soaking, jacuzzi, swimming in chlorine pools or in the recreational bodies of water for at least 10 days, (or until area is completely healed) post procedure and after all touch-ups

√ Do not rub, pick or pull your brows while they are flaking and or scabbing. This can cause the pigment to be prematurely pulled off causing pigment loss or scarring

√ Use a sun block regularly after your brows have fully healed to prevent premature fading

√Do not use facial products regularly that contain BHA’s/ AHA’s on or around the eyebrows area before /during or after your procedure. These products WILL FADE your eyebrows. (Example: Glycolic ,Retinol, Salicylic, Lactic Acids,Enzymes, Exfoliants) always check your product labeling)

√ Touch-ups are scheduled 5-6 weeks post procedure. All Semi-Permanent Make-up procedures are a required two-step process for optimal results. Your end result is not determined until touch-up is completely healed.

√If you have and questions or concerns post-procedure call/text the salon immediately.

√If you have excessive redness, swelling, elevated temperature, or colored fluid from the procedure site, contact your physician as the area may be infected and you may need to seek medical care.

*Failure to follow these instructions may result in poor retention and/or pigment color loss!

*Microblading/Powder Brows are a two-step process; certain skin types(true oily skin, larger pores, rough skin) may require more than one touchup, resulting in an additional cost

*I suggest a yearly ‘Color Refresher’ to maintain your color integrity
